Who doesn't like a bloody good smoothie recipe? Well, our Porridge Master has delivered, again! Try this creamy creation and thank us later. Easy peasy in preparation and slurped away as quickly as it is to make!

Caramel Crunch Smoothie

Caramel Crunch Smoothie
Serves 2 | Total Time 5min

INGREDIENTS

400ml milk of your choice
2 scoops vanilla flavoured protein
2 medjool dates, pitted
2 tsp SPICETUB Porridge Master, plus extra to sprinkle
2 tbsp cacao nibs
2 frozen bananas, in chunks
100g zucchini
*

*If you don’t want your smoothie to take on a greenish tinge, peel the zucchini. Important nutrients are stored in the skin of veggies so if you can, embrace the green!

METHOD

Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz on high for 1-2min until smooth. Top with an extra sprinkle of SPICETUB Porridge Master and enjoy!
