Serves 1 
INGREDIENTS
1 bunch broccolini, chopped roughly
1/2 bunch bok choy, chopped roughly
1 handful snowpeas, chopped roughly
(or any green veggies you prefer)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp SPICETUB Asian Greens Mix + extra to sprinkle
1 serve of rice
1 serve salmon sashimi, cut into thin slices

METHOD

Prepare the dressing by mixing the spice mix and soy sauce. Add all green veggies to a bowl, pour the dressing over and stir to coat. Add to a frying pan and cook until cooked to your liking, wilted with a slight crunch is perfect! Meanwhile warm up/cook your rice. Add the rice to a bowl along with the green veggies, top with salmon and sprinkle some extra SPICETUB Asian Greens Mix to the salmon sashimi. Enjoy!
