Pull Apart Crumpet Garlic Read

INGREDIENTS

6 crumpets, cut in halves
3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
Generous pinch SPICETUB Mushroom Medley Mix
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated

METHOD

Mix the butter and spice mix into your garlic butter. Lather the crumpet halves in the butter, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place in a small dish that fits all 12 halves. I used a small cake baking tin. Spread more butter on the top when done, sprinkle more spice mix and more cheese on top and bake at 180C for about 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. ENJOY!!!!
