INGREDIENTS

1 can tuna
1 tbsp sriracha kewpie
Sprinkle SPICETUB Bagel Master
1 cucumber
1 tbsp cream cheese
1/8 avocado
Soy sauce to serve

METHOD
Mix tuna, sriracha and bagel master and set aside. Cut cucumber length wise into ribbons with a peeler. Layer on a paper towel overlapping slightly. Spread cream cheese, then tuna mixture, add avocado and gently but tightly roll into one log. Cut into small pieces with a sharp knife, serve with soy sauce and enjoy.
