INGREDIENTS
600g potatoes, quartered or halved
1 tbsp olive oil
200g rindless bacon, diced
1/2 cup spring onion, chopped
METHOD
Cook your potatoes, rinse under cold water and pop in the fridge to cool down completely before assembling the salad. In a pan, add the olive oil and cook the bacon until crispy and delish! Add the potatoes, bacon & spring onion into a bowl. Prepare the dressing by combining the mayonnaise & spice mix. Add to the salad bowl, gently stir to combine and ENJOY 😊

Thanks for the lovely recipes, but the video where you are making potato salad shows chopped dill cucumber and green beans. This reminds me so much of my German mother’s recipe. Would you share it with me please? So nostalgic!
